We have uploaded comprehensive and high-resolution ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and RNA-seq datasets regarding Young and Old murine HSC studies. Bivalent chromatin is a segment of DNA, bound to histone proteins that have both repressing and activating epigenetic marks in the same region.
